Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS technologies and a track record of delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions.

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS using a range of services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Understand and analyze business requirements to design and implement functional solutions
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency and cost savings
  • Automate infrastructure deployments using tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of cloud infrastructure
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer
  • Strong understanding of AWS technologies and services
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g. CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, ECS)
  • Experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
